The power of emotions.Thank you to God Almighty for allowing me to grace this earth another day, filled with endless possibilities. All the goods in the world to you all, from sunny South Africa. When I was younger I used to express my emotions as I felt them, and the other party reacted in ways that I could not understand, because even though I simmered down, anger and sadness, every inch of it was felt by the other. When we smell the aromas coming from the kitchen, our faces light up, to feeling that heavy eastern wind swirling around the car, we run for something warm to cover our hands, arms and faces with, as the cold brings us back to reality. We recognize an angry dog growling, and run across the street to avoid it, beware of imminent dangers. Even our environment and what we allow to infiltrate our lives could bring eradical or uncomfortable emotions to fore. Like, placing high expectations upon ourselves to perform and then downgrade ourselves if this does not come to fruition. I made a sad, pitiful video expressing myself, and just as I was about to post it, I had a feeling to listen to myself speaking. I cried uncontrollably, felt every inch of my pain and the more I listen the worse it became. Flabbergasted, I removed it, and decided to make something uplifting. That is the power of emotions, allowing, and reacting could sway us from what we actually needed to do, to get to a place of peace.
